Hawaii pays most for energy

Hawaii could save significantly on energy usage,by only operating air-conditioners
when it is hot (buildings and public busses). And having doors closed when air-
conditioning is on. There could also be significant savings to water usage, by fixing broken public sprinklers that do not sprinkle but shoot, pour and gush water onto streets and sidewalks, instead of sprinkling lawns, as they were intended to do.
